Do I need to provide a script or any content? +
No. All you need to do is use our AI brief prompt — it takes less than 5 minutes. We handle the storyboard, script, narration, and editing from there. You just review and approve.
What kind of videos do you produce? +
We produce short-form videos (under 1 minute) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook — as well as longer videos (1–3 minutes) for YouTube and websites. All videos include AI narration and professional editing.
How long does it take? +
Standard turnaround is 10 working days: 3 days for content confirmation, 2 for storyboard and scripting, 2 for video generation, and 3 for final editing and delivery. Rush orders may be available — contact us to check.
Who owns the video after it's done? +
You do. Full copyright transfers to you upon final payment. Use it on any platform, for any purpose. We may feature it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
What if I'm not happy with the result? +
Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions — one after storyboard and script, one after the final edit. Additional rounds are available at RM100 each.
Do you offer Bahasa Malaysia narration? +
Yes. We offer both Bahasa Malaysia and English AI narration. Bilingual narration is also available — just mention it in your brief.
Can I cancel a monthly package? +
Monthly packages run per billing cycle. Cancel before the next cycle begins. Unused videos within a cycle do not roll over. We recommend per-video if you're not sure about volume yet.
